If you receive your order in good condition and the item matches the product and specifications you ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

However, if you provide incorrect measurements, specifications, colour preferences, design requirements or other details when placing your order, any requested adjustments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Where an adjustment is possible, additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the request. Customers will be informed of any applicable charges before the adjustment is made.

2. Incorrect Orders and Order Adjustments

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details and specifications are correct before submitting their orders.

If an item has been made or supplied according to the information provided by the customer, but the customer later discovers that they supplied incorrect information, we may consider an adjustment where reasonably possible.

Please note that:

• Adjustments are subject to feasibility and availability.

• Additional costs for materials, labour, alterations or delivery may apply.

• Approval of an adjustment is at the discretion of Abikeiyaileke, subject to applicable consumer rights.

If we make an error with your order or supply an item that does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect our products before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your order number.

• A clear description of the issue.

• Photographs or videos showing the item and the problem, where applicable.

We will review your complaint and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include an adjustment, replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

4. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds outside the circumstances covered by your statutory consumer rights will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to review and approval by Abikeiyaileke.

Where an exceptional refund has been approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours of approval.

Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

This 48-hour timeframe applies to approved exceptional refunds and does not replace any statutory refund deadlines.

5. Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend an order.

Once an order has entered production, preparation or dispatch, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. This is particularly relevant to customised or personalised orders.

However, cancellation rights applicable under consumer law will continue to apply where required.
